I made a quick recipe from my own garlic leaves using my homegrown potatoes and homegrown rosemary. I added a bit of olive oil and cut up potatoes. I then season it with rosemary and cut up garlic leaves. I also added salt and pepper to taste. I cooked it on the stove top in my cast iron skillet with the lid on. It tasted fantastic!
