          We are currently putting the last bit of touches on a cabin we are building. We of course are over budget and out of time, but so close to the end that it almost seems surreal.

          The bathroom in the cabin is small, so we need to maximize it for storage. A simple idea that my daughter gave me was to add some mason jars to the underside of a simple wooden shelf.

We simply put 2 screws to hold up a metal lid and screw in the mason jars. We will use the jars to hold bathroom necessities such as cotton balls, Q-tips, and other bathroom toiletries.

 

It was a simple frugal idea that offered more storage for a small bathroom.
